Eligible government and education orders receive the discount stated in the order. Eligibility documentation may be reconfirmed annually. The discount applies to the initial term and stated renewals only.
Registered nonprofit organizations may receive donated or discounted plans. Nonprofit plans include Premium features and follow the free plan's acceptable-use boundaries for commercial activity.
Plans acquired through promotions (conference offers, partner campaigns, startup programs) carry the restrictions stated at redemption; in any conflict, promotion terms control for the promotional period, then this MSA applies. See also: free trial terms and conference promotion terms.
Orders with annual commitments billed monthly require the full annual value if terminated early for convenience, minus fees already paid.
Orders with the data residency addendum pin coordination and metadata storage to the region stated in the order, subject to that region's service catalog.
