Limited use, in plain terms

When you use Google Workspace as your OpenVLAN identity provider, we receive a restricted set of data from Google: your name, email address, and group memberships — enough to authenticate you and evaluate your ACLs.

What we commit to

• We use Google customer data only to provide the service — authentication, authorization, and account administration.
• We do not use it for advertising, and we do not sell it.
• We do not build or improve machine-learning models with it.
• We share it with third parties only as processors listed on our subprocessors page, bound by the same restrictions.

Data deletion

Workspace-sourced account data follows the same retention and deletion schedule as all account data, described in the privacy policy.
