OpenVLAN is a networking service, not a hosting platform for user-generated public content. Our services do not constitute an online platform or very large online platform under the DSA. To the extent any provision applies, we comply in the manner described here.
Notices about allegedly illegal content or activity connected to the service can be submitted to the contact above. A valid notice includes: the identity of the notifier, sufficient detail to identify the content or activity, the legal grounds claimed, and contact information. We process notices without undue delay.
EU Member State authorities may reach us at the same address for matters within their remit.
